We’re a small, dynamic team of business experts who met when working on a cloud transformation programme as part of the leadership team. While mainly a technical project, the need to address the non-technical aspects of delivery meant we were a healthy mix of bleeding edge technical gurus, soft skilled change managers and a few moderates in between.

Our pooled knowledge and hands-on experience from delivering programmes in both regulated and non-regulated sectors such as oil and gas, financial services and retail gives us breadth. And we’ve certainly never underestimated the need to improvise and adapt to overcome the many challenges and pitfalls that have come our way.

It’s this that’s made the difference between success and failure for us as a team.

And then we thought; why not use all the knowledge and proven collateral we’ve built up over the years to create a series of blueprints that includes every component an organisation might need to deliver successful business and technology transformation programmes?

And so the colossal journey to craft the individual Plug and Playbooks began.

We’re here to help you decide what aspects of our Playbook series you actually need through to defining your vision, building the case for change, supplier strategy and negotiation, or even complete programme management and governance.

``Abby is a creative thinker, a pragmatic doer and a seasoned networker. ``Luke was instrumental in helping to deliver a key phase of our customer ordering programme. He worked tirelessly to control costs, meet business critical timelines and manage our risk profile in the lead up to go-live. Owning the plan and dependencies management of something so complex was fundamental to its successful delivery.``
Programme Manager, Customer Ordering
``Mandip is a very capable, articulate consultant who grasps and synthesises detail and focuses on the salient points. He is highly personable and has strong stakeholder management skills. He is a valuable addition to any Programme.``
Programme Manager, BP Learning Services Programme
``The change element of this enormous transformation programme has been extraordinary for us as users. We’ve endured challenging IT projects over the years, but this time my team felt listened to and that you really understood the impact on our daily work. It would have been much harder to bear without your detailed planning and engagement Abby.``
Director of Operations, SGN
