We’re a small, dynamic team of business experts who met when working on a cloud transformation programme as part of the leadership team. While mainly a technical project, the need to address the non-technical aspects of delivery meant we were a healthy mix of bleeding edge technical gurus, soft skilled change managers and a few moderates in between.
Our pooled knowledge and hands-on experience from delivering programmes in both regulated and non-regulated sectors such as oil and gas, financial services and retail gives us breadth. And we’ve certainly never underestimated the need to improvise and adapt to overcome the many challenges and pitfalls that have come our way.
It’s this that’s made the difference between success and failure for us as a team.
